For 38 years, Peter Parker has learned the ins and outs of the home building industry. In 2009, during the recession, Peter dared to venture into the industry on his own. The immense success of his knowledge and talent through the years, has led him to bring us Peter Parker Custom Homes.
We have a great history of building homes in and around Highland Park, University Park, Frisco, McKinney, Prosper, Celina and other surrounding areas. Creating custom dream homes for some of the most affluent residents in the Dallas area has been our specialty.
Some of our recently completed new homes boast floor plans in excess of 15K square feet, complete with state-of-the-art technology, theaters, resort style outdoor living areas, indoor swimming pools, restaurant-style climate controlled wine rooms and much more. All of these features can be designed into your future dream home.
We are also an industry first and leading Insulated Concrete Form (ICF) custom home builder.
We also do remodeling from small to large. No project is out of the scope of work for our team.
